We understand some customers have hesitations about the remote nature of online shopping, and we’ll do everything we can to give you risk-free access to products we truly think you’ll enjoy. Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your merchandise.

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at The Bra Specialist meets your standards. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
We do everything we can to make ordering online simple. And that includes returns. Per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return any item for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply call our Customer Service staff at (281) 444-4200 or toll free (877) 656-2002, Mon.-Fri. (9am to 6pm, CST). You will be issued a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN). If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method.

Refunds
As soon as your return is received and verified to be in unworn condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a manual check to your billing address.

We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before any credit is issued. If we are unable to provide a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipment of the garment back to you; otherwise, we will discard of it.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

We will refund the value of the item returned and any sales taxes that you were charged. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as are customs fees and tariffs on international shipments.

If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard-shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. The shipping and handling will be assessed on the reshipment and this amount will be billed to the original credit card used in the purchase, unless otherwise requested. There will be no charge if we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective. All return item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging (if any). Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, please return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.

Returns received after 30 days (15 days if a Bridal item) will be subject to a $10.00 or 15% re-stocking fee (whichever is higher), if accepted. The Bra Specialist reserves the right to refuse returns on any items after 30 days. (15 days if a Bridal item)

Special Return Policy for Bridal Items
We appreciate how special your wedding day is to you. However, we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock for immediate delivery, and cannot be held responsible for manufacturers’ deliver delays.

Bridal items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date. We have found that brides are often not certain about their size and will order several sizes of the same garment. This can tie up an item for a fellow bride who is anxiously awaiting her order. It is for this reason that we enforce our re-stocking fee rigorously for late Bridal items. Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is higher), if accepted.

Close-Out or Sale Item

Important Note: All items marked as Close-Out or Sale Item are sold as an “As Is” purchase and are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
